Booking & Payment Policy

Payments:

For Payments in Full - a minimum deposit of $500 is due to confirm your booking, payment in full is due before starting program.

Monthly or weekly plans are set at weekly or monthly automatic billing on agreed dates.

​

Late Payments: 5-day grace period, after which a $50 late fee may apply.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

Because of the highly personalized nature of this work and access to the program of content, all payments (including deposits) are non-refundable once the program begins.

​

Start date may be postponed with at least 14 days’ notice.

​

In unforeseen circumstances, unused sessions may be credited toward other services at the facilitator’s discretion.

Session Rescheduling:

Minimum 48-hour notice to reschedule.

One emergency reschedule is included; additional changes may incur a $50 admin fee.

Commitment: By enrolling, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, complete practices, and uphold mutual respect and confidentiality.
