Through one-to-one sessions, I weave intuitive mentoring, Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy and expressive arts, Bio Drama, eco-somatics and embodiment practices, body-based healing, energy realignment, deep meditation & inner soul journeys, life mapping & mytho-poetic storytelling, creative ritual & ceremony, dream-time inquiry and other holistic tools to support profound inner listening and lived transformation.
