Cancellation Policy

Services Booking Policy: All sessions must be booked in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours prior to your session. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. Thank you for honouring this space, time, and energy—both yours and mine. Booking Policy – Ceremonial Body Art & Brand Alchemy Sessions: Due to the immersive and customised nature of these sessions, all bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 5 days before your session. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance can be rescheduled once, within a 3-month window, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged in full. These sessions involve ritual preparation, artistic planning, and ceremonial materials—please honour the time and energy devoted to your transformation.
