Now, as a Creative Coach and Holistic Intergrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner the aim is not to ‘fix’, assess, make judgements or give advice to my clients/students.

Rather, it is about empowering you with tools and resources to be able to listen to yourself and your body's needs, and to empower you to effectively manage and deal with your issues, identify desired outcomes, and develop the skill set to come up with your own solutions.
