About the event
Bodies of Light: Body As Altar is a contemporary life drawing immersive body art experience that reimagines the practice as an embodied, immersive art experience.
Rather than observing a static form, participants are invited into a living field of presence, movement and colour.
The human body becomes light, language and inquiry.
Through guided facilitation, participants engage in timed drawing cycles, subtle movement scores, and colour-based prompts that deepen perception, attention and creative responsiveness.
This experience is designed for artists, illustrators, designers, performers and creative practitioners, as well as curious newcomers who wish to explore life drawing as a sensorial and expressive practice.
No formal drawing training is required.

General Admission provides entry to the Bodies of Light embodied life drawing experience. This ticket includes participation in a facilitated life drawing session featuring live models, guided drawing cycles, colour-based prompts and an immersive creative atmosphere.
